A copycat version of that irresistible butter from Texas Roadhouse – This sweet and creamy butter is perfect on anything from rolls to toast!
We are in the final days before Thanksgiving, can you believe it? I know most people have their menu’s planned out weeks in advance, but I just got mine finalized and did my shopping this weekend. Whether you’ve got your menu set, you’re still planning – or even if you’re just attending a meal, this recipe is for you.
My husbands family loooves Texas Roadhouse (a steakhouse restaurant chain). And within minutes of sitting down the basket of fresh rolls and cinnamon honey butter is devoured. Since I am hosting his family at our house this year for Thanksgiving I knew this had to make it on to my table.
Pretty much everyone eats butter on their bread for Thanksgiving but this one will steal the show (So you planners out there won’t have to worry about changing things around for a new recipe). It takes less than 5 minutes to make but tastes like heaven. The best part? You can even make it in advance! It’s made from just a handful of ingredients you most likely already have in your kitchen too. If you’re not cooking and just attending a meal at some else’s place, you can still make this – it is the ultimate hostess gift! Throw it in a jar and write a little tag to say thank you and you’ll be invited back next year for sure haha.

I put in my softened butter, a splash of vanilla, some honey and the cinnamon – I swear by my favorite Vietnamese Cinnamon since it has such a vibrant cinnamon flavor. Then just blend it for a few second and voila! You have a perfectly sweet and creamy flavored butter. Since it’s Thanksgiving I got a little fancy and used a cupcake frosting tip to pipe it into little dishes. But you could just as easily put it onto some plastic wrap and roll it into a log, refrigerate until stiff then cut into slices for serving.
