Chai Apple Cider Ice Cream Float

Sharing is caring!

September is a weird month. You want to break out the sweaters, hot coca and boots but…. – it’s still eighty degrees outside. Actually, it’s 57 in Seattle but still you get my point. Summer isn’t quite over – soon though like 5 days from now soon.

If you are as impatient as me to get on with the changing season, this drink is for you. Chai Apple Cider Ice Cream Float is the best of autumn and summer combined.

Creamy vanilla ice cream paired with the warming spices of chai is a treat you’re friends and family will love. With only two ingredients, it’s also relavitly easy to make.

Simple infuse the chai tea into the apple cider, cool and then pour into a glass. Now here comes the best part. The ice cream! Truthfully, I used crème fraiche gelato because it was on sale for a screaming good deal. So use whatever sounds best, is your favorite brand and or cheapest. You can’t go wrong when it comes ice cream.

Think of this Chai Apple Cider Ice Cream Float as a parting gift before we welcome fall with open arms. Enjoy!
